American Canadian Tour Stars Set to Take on The Weekly Late Models of White Mountain in Kancamagus 112
Following the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Thunder in The Mountains 200 last Sunday afternoon the 1764 Sports Bar and Grill Late Models are ready to take center stage and rip up the laid down rubber from the Mighty Modifieds. CSV Motorsports and Passumpsic Savings Bank join together to bring you the return of the Kancamagus 112 to the White Mountain Motorsports Park tonight in leg number two of the Wall’s Ford Platinum Late Model Series. With a high expected car count for the Late Models fans are surely in for a treat.
The White Mountain faithful will have their hands full as multiple touring series regulars will roll in the gates this afternoon looking for glory ahead of the biggest race of the summer next Saturday night! Last Fridays Keith Morse Memorial 150 winner from the Riverside Speedway and full-time Milton CAT American Canadian Tour driver Jesse Switser has made the decision to head over the mountains for a little test and tune before the Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 next weekend. The Tropical Storm Kaiden Fisher, returning ACT veteran Dillon Moltz and number two point man at Thunder Road Brandon Gray will all be looking to take on the weekly drivers tonight.
Kasey Beattie the opening round winner and former Platinum Series Champion is one of the favorites heading into the night. Thunder Road regulars Justin Prescott who picked up the Thursday night win will look to score his second career Wall’s Platinum Series win. Stephen Martin will bring the 01vt team over to North Woodstock in hopes for a solid day in the mountains. Kyle Goodbout coming off the win last Sunday in the Thunder in The Mountains 50 for the weekly Late Models will look to defend home turf as top runners Stacy Cahoon, Thomas Smithers and Quincy Welch will put up a fight against the tour invaders!
The Flying Tigers, Strictly Stock Minis, Kids Division and the NELCAR Legends and Bandoleros will join the Late Model stars for an absolute beautiful night of short track racing.
